The aroma of the beef pho broth is fantastic. My partner always gets the beef with tendon, etc. I'm more of a chicken pho guy, but Pho Tam's varies a lot in quality, sometimes very savoury, sometimes rather thin, especially on Saturdays... Also converted to that type of coffee there and love it:)Duncan | syrupandtanghttp://www.syrupandtang.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2166641060916490585.post-31673464867659205702010-10-19T13:43:13.329+11:002010-10-19T13:43:13.329+11:00pho tam is my new favourite fine. i lurvvvvveee th...pho tam is my new favourite fine. i lurvvvvveee their prawn on sugarcane noodles =DAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2166641060916490585.post-73142880311136928832010-10-13T08:00:44.164+11:002010-10-13T08:00:44.164+11:00Hi all and thank you as always for your lovely com...Hi all and thank you as always for your lovely comments!

Lizard, let sleeping shots lie!

Anon, thanks for the tip on Los Latinos - that sounds like a winner.
